Building Materials Industry Design & research Institute(Wuhan Cement
Product Design Institute)was established in 1958.It is an institute with
the qualification of class A building materials design and general engineering
contract It is one engineering technical unit with tremendous strength and
high reputation in the field ofbuilding materials industry.
The institute possess a team of designers with rich experience and skiled technique and experts.It has 230 staffs(including 57 senior engineers and 70 engineers).There are 8 senior engineers who are awarded the title of excellent designer,6 senior enineers enjoy the government subsidy.More over 75% of staffs are technical personnel. The institute can provide complete feasibility study,technology negotiation with foreign company,engineering design,engineering consultation,design and manufacture of non-standard equipment,economic analysis of engineering and general engineering contract of construction,equipment installation,commissioning and trial production.Moreover,it can provide engineering construction supervision and new product development and new materials research.The specialties included in the institute are as follows:new materials product process,cement process,architecture,structure,mine,water supply and drainage,power supply,conditioning,industrial automation,technical-economic analysis,estimation and budget,computer and machinery.It can provide the design service to customs at home and abroad in the field of new building material,cement (including cement mine),non-metallic mineral product and deep processing ,friction and stone processing.It has over 40 years'engineering design experience,having complete the designs of more than 190 plnts and over 1000 sets of special equipment in the field of cement,fibre cement product,calcium silicate product,concrete and aerated concrete product,gypsum fiber product,burning brick,flyash brick,non-metallic mineral product and process,friction materials,wet rotary kiln,mechanical shaft kiln,calciner kiln of 1000t/d,shaft and cyclone preheater kiln of 300¡«600t/d.It has completed hundreds of residential building designs and engineering supervision projects. Better economic and social benefit have achieved.Quite a number of designs were awarded with honor ar major scientific achievement of the state and excellent design of the province and won widespread acclaim of the enterprises at home and abroad.
